Founded in 1996 by Monica Terminella, By Request was created with a clear vision: to offer a truly personal, elevated shopping experience rooted in style, trust, and connection. What began as a mission to bring high-end, luxury retail to Northwest Arkansas quickly became a destination for women seeking timeless yet on-trend pieces—thoughtfully curated and unmistakably styled by Monica.
Nearly three decades later, that same hands-on approach has seamlessly translated online. Today, By Request offers customers the ability to shop expertly styled looks anytime, anywhere, while still feeling the care, intention, and personal touch that defined the brand from the very beginning. Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $200. No international shipping.
At By Request, we understand not every item you order will work. We make it a priority to help you find the best fit and size. We gladly accept returns for exchange or online store credit only.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged returned within 14 days of original online purchase date. To have online store credit applied, the original tags must still be attached and you must provide the original receipt.
When returning shoes, they must be returned in the original, undamaged shoebox. When packing shoes for return, place the shoebox inside another box for shipping.
All sale items, jewelry, handbags, accessories and lingerie are final sale.
All orders purchased on byrequestnwa.com can be exchanged or given online credit only.
When exchanging an item for a different size, your original item needs to be sent back to By Request with its original packaging. Once we have received your return, it will be checked for signs of wear. Once your item(s) are approved, online store credit will be applied. We cannot guarantee the item or size you wish to exchange for will be in stock.
