This dress arrives in an elevated crepe fabric with a feminine stripe and floral print, our Creative Director, Rebecca Hessel Cohen’s favorite print of the season. She falls to a playful flounce and features sweet ruffles on the shoulder yokes, collar and lapel. Embellished, heart-shaped crystal buttons adorn the front.
